Sue's classes are a challenging, mindful and steady vinyasa flow, whilst still allowing for those precious moments of holding a posture. She places a big emphasis on the use of breath to enable the practice to flow and feel good in the body. She is hugely enthusiastic and passionate about teaching yoga and this translates in her classes. Her love for different genres of music manifests in her choice of playlist.
Previously an avid runner and gym enthusiast, Sue discovered yoga 8 years ago initially practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa and Bikram and then moving onto a more dynamic vinyasa style. She immediately became to appreciate how Yoga can benefit not only the body but the mind as well, and loved the physical and mental challenge it offered.
Sue was fortunate enough to complete her 200 hours teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist (dynamic vinyasa) and Per Höglund (Ashtanga Vinyasa) in 2012, and is currently pursuing her studies with Suzanne Faith, Noah Maze, Nico Luce and Dr. Genieve Burley-Howes in a 500 hour advanced teacher training
