Paula incorporates breath work principles into her practice, while offering flow classes that leave the body, mind and spirit feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. She believes that yoga creates a space to uplift and energise, while also grounding each and every one of us.
Paula completed her 200 hour teacher training in Montreal, QC, Canada, and has since done further advanced trainings in London, UK. She believes that yoga can be for everyone, and is the perfect gateway to connect inwards. Come flow with her!
