Léa's classes are a vinyasa flow, focused on breath and alignment to strengthen and lengthen the body while releasing tension and stilling the mind. Léa discovered yoga in Paris, where she's from. But it wasn't until she moved to London, in 2013, that it became such a big part of her life. New country, new home, new culture... Yoga helped her adjust to her new expat life. Completely hooked, she trained as a teacher in 2014. Her motto? "It's your body, your practice, your choice". Her role is simply to guide you, giving you cues and tailored adjustments to help you explore your highest possibilities.
