He believes that to grow as a teacher it’s important to remain the eternal student. A regular practitioner of vinyasa, power yogai and Anusara, styles that compliment, and together with the teaching of the Stewart Gilchrist they combine to influence his own teachings. He's registered as an E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) with Yoga Alliance.
