Join us at The Gallivant for a rejuvenating and relaxing Sunday yoga lunch to nourish your body, mind, and heart!
Led by one of our resident yoga teachers, Rishin Paonaskar, you will enjoy a 75-minute yoga class offering a mindful flow and meditation practice to encourage connection and calm.
Lunch is a truly delicious feast of healthy dishes, largely using ingredients sourced from within 10 miles of of the Gallivant.

- 11:00am: Arrive at the Gallivant, welcome, and register at reception. We’ll all meet in the Cabin room for herbal tea, Chef Jamie’s ‘good for you’ tonics, and healthy bites.
- 11:30am: Yoga class in the summer house, the class is 75 minutes.
- 1:00pm: We’ll take a gentle walk together in the beach to reflect on the class we’ve just taken and work up an appetite for lunch.
- 1:45pm: Our healthy 3-course lunch will be served.
- 2:30pm: Finish
Rishin's classes are fun, creative and dynamic! He also offers great modifications so his classes are perfect for all levels. He grew up in India and although yoga was taught at his school, he didn’t take it up until several years later to recuperate from a cycling injury. In 2012 he left a career in banking to start his own food business and also completed his 200 hour Yoga Alliance training at Hot Power Yoga. He has since trained with Judith Lasater, in Myofascial bodywork with senior Forrest Yoga teachers Jambo Truong and Brian Campbell and as a yoga sports coach with the Institute of Yoga Sport Science.
