Led by our resident yoga teacher, Mandy Jhamat, you will enjoy a 75 minute yoga class combining the perfect balance of hatha and yin poses to encourage connection and relaxation.

Lunch is a truly delicious feast of healthy dishes, largely using ingredients sourced from within 10 miles of the Gallivant.


  • 11:00 - Arrive at The Gallivant, welcome and register
  • 11:00 - Herb tea, ‘good for you’ tonic and healthy bites
  • 11:30 - Yoga class in the Summer House
  • 12:45 - Healthy lunch served in the Summer House
  • 14:30 - Finish and head to the beach or home

Meet Mandy

Mandy Jhamat

Mandy's classes are slow, mindful and meditative. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for 9 years and she co-founded her first yoga business in 2013, Yogasphere that kicked off the rooftop yoga trend with classes held at the top of the Shard. Her teachers and inspirations along the way have been Claire Missingham, Jean Hall and Bridget Kramer-Woods and the Prana Vinyasa School with Shiva Rea. She has studied various forms of meditation with Carlos Pomeda, Sally Kempton, and in particular the Osho Active Meditations in Pune.
