Are you brand new to yoga or wanting to refresh your practice? Start off 2021 with a three week beginners' course led by our resident yoga teacher and physiotherapist, Emma Lewis! Emma's background in physiotherapy gives her a unique knowledge of the human body and her welcoming and inclusive approach allows you to explore a safe and accessible yoga practice.

Over the three 75-minute sessions, you'll be introduced to key movements and postures, learning how to listen in and connect the mind, breath and body. There will be particular focus on spinal mobility and its relationship to the rest of the body. This course is perfect for anyone new to yoga, returning to practice after recovering from an injury, dealing with back pain, or wanting to be re-inspired in their practice.

This is an online course and will be hosted live on Zoom over three Sunday mornings. A recording of each class will be available for 7 days to support your learning and self-practice.
