Join us for a weekend of detailed, hands-on learning with one of London's most experienced and highly-respected yoga teachers, Bridget Woods Kramer. Learn how to intelligently adjust & assist students to find the strength and freedom in any given posture. Safe secure supportive adjustments to make students feel safe, secure and empowered too.
You will learn how to hone your observational skills, so you know what energetically needs to be aligned in a students pose and to facilitates an opening in the body. Bridget will teach you the most effective and successful ways to adjust key standing poses, backbends, forward bends, inversions and twists.
Internationally renowned yoga teacher Bridget Woods Kramer, commenced her yoga practices in India in 1975 embarking on an intense program of study and self practice to become a senior teacher. She has concentrated on teaching yoga since 1988. A leading light in the fitness industry for over two decades, Bridget is credited with introduction of the aerobics phenomenon in the UK.
She is known for her sense of humour, dynamic style of teaching and close attention to alignment detail. Bridget teaches regular Anusara® classes in Cornwall and London at Triyoga the UK’s ground breaking Yoga Studio with workshops, teacher training’s, immersions and retreats all over the world.
