Join our resident teacher, Eryck Brahmania, for a Six Week Splits Course! The forward splits pose or hanumanasana is named after the monkey god Lord Hanuman. This pose symbolises strength, courage, faith, devotion and humility. In this course we will breakdown the pose so we can understand the muscle groups that need to be lengthened as well as strengthened so we can enter the pose safely. Later in the course we will play with different variations of hanumanasana up against the wall even upside down! Each session will include time to ask questions and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace.

These will be weekly 90 minute classes, every Tuesday.
