Six Week Beginner's Course with Pippa Richardson

Join our resident teacher Pippa Richardson for a 6 Week Beginner's Course, the perfect way to start your year and your yoga practice. Through a mindful and relaxed approach, this course aims to deepen your connection between body, mind, and breath to discover the many benefits a yoga practice has to offer us - both on and off the mat. You will learn alignment principles for key asana (postures), movement patterns and explore the importance of rest and relaxation. We will work at a pace that ensures everyone will receive personal attention and there will be plenty of time to ask questions and build on your knowledge week by week. This course aims to set the foundation for you to move confidently into drop in classes and hopefully ignite a life-long practice.
These will be weekly 90 minute classes held every Tuesday, starting on January 8th and finishing on February 12th.
