Six Week Beginners' Course with Katy Bateman

Join our resident teacher Katy Bateman for a 6 Week Beginner's Course, the perfect way to build the foundation of your yoga practice. Through a mindful and relaxed approach, this course aims to deepen your connection between body, mind, and breath to discover the many benefits a yoga practice has to offer us - both on and off the mat. You will learn alignment principles for key poses, movement patterns and explore the importance of rest and relaxation. We will work at a pace that ensures everyone will receive personal attention and there will be plenty of time to ask questions and build on your knowledge week by week. This course aims to give you the tools to move confidently into drop-in classes and hopefully ignite a life-long practice.
These will be weekly 90 minute classes held every Tuesday, starting on February 26th and finishing on April 2nd.
