Restorative Workshop with Adrianna Zaccardi

Join Adrianna Zaccardi for a two hour restorative practice, designed to give you the tools to make space for rest, vitality and clarity in your daily life.
We will explore physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and intention setting to rest the nervous system and calm the mind. This focus on rest will help the body to move towards balance and peace. Expect long holds, slow transitions and the use of lots of props to support your body's relaxation.
Adrianna is passionate about offering this practice in a way that empowers you to use it when you really need it the most. To support this, Adrianna’s workshop will also include short videos, of how to re-create the sequence at home, that she will send you after the workshop.
