Join Chloe for a 90 minute exploration of the breath through the practices of Pranayama. This session will cover the basics of pranayama and the science behind the breath, practices to incorporate into daily life and how pranayama effects the nervous system. Pranayama allows for us to experience “witnessing the stillness of the mind” through the intoxication of prana into the system and therefore mediative spaces are often obtained through practicing.
