Join Robyn McLaren for a three session series exploring the benefits of self-massage and myofascial release. Each class will be 30 minutes long and will focus on unwinding a specific area of the body. We will use some simple poses, and techniques to get deep into the muscles and release trapped tension. You can register for the full series or individual sessions.

  • Week 1: Neck, Shoulder & Spine Release
  • Week 2: Deep Hip & Lower Back Release
  • Week 3: Full Leg Release

Please have a tennis ball or Myofascial Release ball with you for each class. Can't make the live class? These sessions will also be recorded so you will have access to download and replay them as many times as you like!

Robyn McLaren

Robyn's classes combine strong, unique flows, and juicy stretches with a light-hearted, playful vibe. Robyn is 500HR YAP trained with globally recognised teachers Sarah Powers, and Duncan Peak amongst others; in Baptiste Style Power Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, Meditation, Myofascial Release & Kids Yoga. Robyn’s passion is to make yoga accessible for all levels and abilities, keeping the traditions of the practice but also incorporating modern knowledge of the mind, body and anatomy to create fun unique classes to leave you feeling refreshed and at ease.
