This session on Herbs and Health is an introduction to common herbs that you can use in your everyday life to help support your wellbeing.
Herbs have been used as medicine for over 6000 years and the traditional folklore on the powerful actions of herbs is now being proven in scientific studies.
This 90 minute session will offer information on how to use herbs to:
-Naturally manage stress and increase energy
-Use herbs to deal with common problems from headaches to poor digestion and of course staving off colds and flus
-Make some simple herbal remedies and beauty products
Izzy is a nutritional therapist and naturopath based in Clapham. She works with clients to find the root cause of their health issues and uses a holistic approach to bring the body back into balance through nutrition and lifestyle.
