New Year's Day: Hatha, Mantra & Meditation with Katy Bateman

January 1st is an auspicious day, where we can take time to reflect, re-energise and refocus (and for many rehydrate)! Join Katy Bateman in a nourishing Hatha practice focused on hip-opening, twisting and gentle back bending to help ground, detox and shift unwanted samskaras (energetic patterns + emotions held in the subtle body).
Through Mantra (chanting) and Nidra (guided mediation or ‘Yogic Sleep') we’ll reflect on 2018 and set intentions for the new year ahead. What better way to start the new year than with your friends and family in the Union Station Yoga community!
