Join international teacher, Magnus Ringberg, for a workshop encouraging the body to move in a 360˚ capacity, with undulations, articulations and wave like patterns. The practice will begin with 90 minutes of dynamic but simple and fluid movements, developing into integrated sequences, with a constant focus on the transitional moments.
We will then spend the last 30 minutes with a discussion about how to support a yoga practice that’s present, meaningful and sustainable. Magnus' background in physiotherapy, personal training and yoga provides a unique and refreshing perspective on movement.
Magnus Ringberg is a physiotherapist, Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy, from the university of Lund in Sweden. He’s also a trainer with a broad experience how to explore movement. He travels all around the world teaching classes and workshops.
