Daniela (500RYT) turned to yoga to ease repetitive strain, and injuries caused by a life time of training as a professional athlete. Instantly touched by the feeling of lightness, space and contentment in the body, Daniela soon realised her yoga practice was affecting her in a profound way, beyond the physical and physiological benefits.
Exploring traditional practices with a modern perspective, Daniela delivers intelligently sequenced hatha and creative vinyasa. Her teaching is direct and down-to-earth, focused on optimal alignment, precise movement and breath. Awareness of the body, equanimity of the mind and deeper inward reflection are core to her teaching.
With an endless curiosity and a daily asana, meditation and pranayama practice, Daniela has studied and continues to study, at an advanced level, under Jason Crandell, Donna Farhi and Jean Hall.
