When will I receive the link to access my online class?
Thanks for signing up for an online class! We will send a Zoom link to access the virtual studio 10 minutes before the class begins.
If you haven't received an email from us 5 minutes before your class, drop us a quick email to let us know and we'll make sure you receive the link asap.
What platform do you use for your virtual classes?
We are using an interactive video software called Zoom to host our online classes. You can download the latest version of Zoom here.
Do I need to keep my camera on during class?
You are always in choice about whether you want to turn your camera on or off for class! While some teachers recommend that you turn them on, this is only to help them support you with alignment or adjustments and is by no means necessary.
Are you offering Pregnancy Yoga classes?
Yes! We have an online Pregnancy Yoga class every Monday at 6:00PM - 7:00PM. You & baby are our first priority when we have you in class, this is why we ask you not to attend classes until you are 15 weeks pregnant.

I bought a class pass before the studio closed. Can I use those passes for online classes?
Yes! You can use your previous class credits for our online classes! Drop us an email and we can also extend your class pass so you have plenty of time to use them.
Do you offer an NHS discount?
Firstly, thank you for all that you are doing right now. Please email us and we'll let you know the best way to book a class with us.
What's your online class cancellation policy?
Need to cancel your online class? We have a 90 minutecancellation policy. In order to avoid being charged for a class you can no longer attend, please ensure you early cancel at least 90 minutes before the class begins. Any late cancels or no-shows will be charged as if they attended class.
Do I need props for an online class?
Props are not necessary but they may help support you in some classes! A few of our favourites home-made props include: sofa cushions to lift your seat or pad your knees, rolled up pillows or blankets as bolsters, big books or box-sets as blocks, and belts or thin scarves as yoga straps.
