Virtual Class: Restorative + Reiki
This practice is for every single body, and is accessible to all. This is a perfect way to soothe your nervous system at the end of the day, to prepare your body to receive a nourishing meal and set you up for a wonderful night's sleep. Through the use of restorative yoga (floor based, supported, longer held poses) you will come to a place of relaxation, nourishment and presence. To further support your rest, there is a guided meditation infused with the healing power of Reiki.
