Gentle Yoga ›

A gentle class to ease into the body, regulate the nervous system, deepen the breath, and clarify the mind. Each class intelligently combines gentle flexibility-, strength- and breath-work with creative sequencing to explore the body's full range of motion with grace, ease, intention and curiosity. Awakened and refreshed, you’ll glide off the mat and into the rest of your weekend.

Hatha ›

A hatha yoga class suitable for all levels, including beginners. Expect a mindful practice with a focus on intelligent alignment and intuitive movements. You will take your time moving into poses and through exploration, contemplation and relaxation this class will deepen your awareness and connection with the physical and emotional body.

A mindful and slow paced vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement. This class will break down basic poses and demonstrate the proper alignment, perfect to transition between a Beginners and Flow I class or for those who are looking to fine tune their practice.

This calming yet challenging Mat Pilates class will help you move more efficiently and freely in everything you. Not only will it improve your overall core strength, fitness and flexibility, it can aid in the prevention of injury and enhance posture, mobility and muscle tone.

Mini Ball Pilates ›

Believed to increase muscle activity by up to 50%, the mini ball is used with Pilates exercises to work on your balance and fire up your core with a key focus on this muscle group.

Strength & Mobility ›

This class will help you build your strength, improve your technique and increase your mobility, all in a safe small-group setting. We will use a mix of kettlebells, Olympic barbells and bodyweight in a circuit style workout.

We'll wind down slowly, finishing with a savasana to calm the mind and body. We've designed the ideal combination of strength training and mobility for optimal results.

Strength Endurance ›

This class will focus on muscular endurance by increasing your sets and reps to develop your strength over time. It's designed to develop your skills and strength using a range of technical movements including: deadlifts, squats. The focus will rotate on a weekly basis. All sessions will be in small groups so we stay safe and have plenty of time to ask questions and learn.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE LIFTING WEIGHTS IS RECOMMENDED.

A dynamic and challenging vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This class may include a pranayama practice, arm balances and inversions.

AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF YOGA EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED.

A dynamic and moderately paced vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This class will finish with restorative and grounding poses to calm your body and mind as the evening winds down.

A dynamic and moderately paced vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. The class will finish with a meditation practice to help calm the mind and ground the energy you've cultivated throughout the asana practice.

The class will include a meditation and mantra practice to help calm the mind and ground your energy. This class is shared between Katy Bateman and Uma Knight.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga ›

This class focuses on releasing the connective tissue of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia), while cultivating a deep sense of awareness and stillness in your mind. Poses are held for long periods (3-5 minutes), allowing you to relax and release into the depth of the pose. We will also use props to support your body and to prevent overstretching. It’s a powerful practice that helps to support the relaxation of the mind and the release of physical stresses.

Restorative ›

A restorative class offering poses which are passive, designed to calm the nervous system and rest the adrenal glands, enabling the body to move towards balance and peace. You will hold poses for 5 minutes or more and use lots of props to support your body's relaxation. This is the perfect class to de-stress at the end of the day.

Parent & Baby Yoga and Pilates ›

These classes are designed to be a time to connect to yourself, your baby and your community. Postnatal yoga and pilates will strengthen your back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, help release tension in your shoulders and neck and decreases overall stress. Dads are welcome to join too!

FOR BABIES AGED 6 WEEKS TO 6 MONTHS.
