The class will include a meditation and mantra (chanting) practice to help calm the mind and ground your energy. This class is shared between Katy Bateman and Uma Knight.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga ›

This class focuses on releasing the connective tissue of your body (tendons, ligaments and fascia), while cultivating a deep sense of awareness and stillness in your mind. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to release into the depth of the pose.

Restorative ›

This class is designed to calm your nervous system and rest the adrenal glands. With the support of props, you will move very slowly, holding passive poses for 5 minutes or more. Perfect for lowering stress and finding total relaxation.

Pregnancy Yoga

This class provides a safe and supportive environment to help you calm your mind and prepare for labour with mindful movement and focused breath work. Recommended for women who are 12+ weeks into their pregnancy.

Mat Pilates ›

This class will focus on strengthening your core to help you move more efficiently and freely in everything you do. This thoughtfully sequenced class will also help in the prevention of injury and support with posture, mobility and muscle tone.

Miniball Pilates

Mini Ball Pilates ›

This class uses traditional Pilates techniques combined with mini balls to increase muscle activity. The mini ball is used to work on your balance and fire up your core with a constant focus on stability, muscle activation and breathing.

Mum & Baby Yoga

Parent & Baby Pilates ›

This class is focused on safely strengthening your back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles after birth. You will also work on releasing tension in your shoulders and neck to help decrease overall stress. Dads are welcome to join too!

FOR BABIES AGED 6 WEEKS TO 6 MONTHS.

Strength & Mobility ›

This class will help you build your strength, improve your technique and increase your mobility. We’ll use a mix of kettlebells, Olympic barbells and bodyweight exercises in a circuit style workout.

This class will focus on muscular endurance by increasing your sets and reps to develop your strength over time. You will develop your skills and strength using a range of technical movements including: deadlifts, squats and more.
