Hatha

A hatha yoga class suitable for all levels, including beginners. Expect a mindful practice with a focus on intelligent alignment and intuitive movements. You will take your time moving into poses and through exploration, contemplation and relaxation this class will deepen your awareness and connection with the physical and emotional body.

Flow Foundations

Flow Foundations

A mindful and slow paced vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement. This class will break down basic poses and demonstrate the proper alignment, perfect to transition between a Beginners and Flow I class or for those who are looking to fine tune their practice.

Core Foundations

Core Foundations

A mindful and slow paced vinyasa sequence that focuses on strengthening and moving from your core. This class will break down basic poses and demonstrate the proper alignment, and perfect for those who are looking to fine tune and strengthen their practice.

A dynamic and fun sequence of postures that focuses on alignment with slightly longer holds in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. You will play with partner work, try new poses and have a laugh along the way!

Freedom Flow ‣

This class is an opportunity to discover and return to your body's wisdom and deep intuition. In this class you will explore some non-conventional and primal movements while still integrating some traditional yoga poses. You will learn new ways to transition between poses, building confidence to move freely and listen to your body.

Flow II ‣

A dynamic and challenging vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This class may include a pranayama practice, arm balances and inversions.

AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF YOGA EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED.

A dynamic and moderately paced vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This class will finish with restorative and grounding poses to calm your body and mind as the evening winds down.

Flow & Meditation ‣

A dynamic and moderately paced vinyasa sequence that synchronises breath with movement in order to build strength, balance, and flexibility. The class will finish with a meditation practice to help calm the mind and ground the energy you've cultivated throughout the asana practice.

Union Station Yoga

Restorative ‣

A restorative class offering poses which are passive, designed to calm the nervous system and rest the adrenal glands, enabling the body to move towards balance and peace. You will hold poses for 5 minutes or more and use lots of props to support your body's relaxation. This is the perfect class to de-stress at the end of the day.

Family Yoga

Family Yoga ‣

Our family yoga classes are designed for you to spend time connecting with yourself and your child whilst exploring the benefits of yoga together. The sessions are a combination of mindful movement, stories and stretching. Come along to build healthy habits as a family for a positive body and mind.

For 1 adult + 1 child, our regular pricing applies. For any additional children, it's an extra £5.

SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 11 YEARS OLD.

Mum & Baby Yoga

Parent & Baby Yoga and Pilates ‣

These classes are designed to be a time to connect to yourself, your baby and your community. Postnatal yoga and pilates will strengthen your back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, help release tension in your shoulders and neck and decreases overall stress. Dads are welcome to join too!
