Union Station Yoga is a mindful movement studio designed to help you build strength, slow down and be present!

We are independently owned and all of our teachers have been carefully chosen because of their unique backgrounds, experience and styles.

We encourage you to try classes with all of them and find teachers that bring out the best in you and your practice.
