Union Station Yoga is a mindful movement studio designed to help you build strength, slow down and be present!

We are independently owned and all of our teachers have been carefully chosen because of their unique backgrounds, experience and styles.

We encourage you to try classes with all of them and find teachers that bring out the best in you and your practice.

This mini course has been designed specifically to help release tension and support our mobility as we all adjust to new ways of moving 🏃🏽‍♀️ (shout-out to everyone going on their responsibly distanced daily walk, run or cycle) and working 💻 (who knew you could turn your coffee table and couch into a make-shift workspace?) while also helping you stick to your budget 💸during these uncertain times! Each session will be hosted on Zoom and will also be recorded 📼 so everyone signed up will be able to keep and replay them again at a later date! We’re so excited to be running a *much-needed* 𝟛 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝕒𝕥 𝕙𝕠𝕞𝕖 𝕄𝕪𝕠𝕗𝕒𝕤𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕝 ℝ𝕖𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕖 𝕊𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕤 with @yogahiveuk starting this Saturday 4 April! Join Robyn for this three week online series exploring the benefits of self-massage and myofascial release. Each class is hosted on Zoom and will be 30 minutes long and will focus on unwinding a specific area of the body. We will use some simple poses, and techniques to get deep into the muscles and release trapped tension. Perfect for anyone who has recently taken up running or who has been sitting in awkward positions while WFH. 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝟙: Neck, Shoulder & Spine Release 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝟚: Deep Hip & Lower Back Release 𝕎𝕖𝕖𝕜 𝟛: Full Leg Release Please make sure you have a myofascial release ball or tennis ball 🎾 (maybe borrow one from a furry friend 🐶) with you for each class. These sessions will also be recorded 💻 so you will have access to download and replay them as many times as you like!
